We process orders within 1-2 business days and send them to you via Sendle or Australia Post.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $30. For anything less than $30, we charge a flat rate of $9.70.

Depending on where you are located your order could take anywhere from 24hrs to 12 business days to arrive.

We regularly check delivery times with both Sendle and Australia Post and choose the carrier that can deliver as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you a tracking number so you can keep up to date of when it will arrive.

We would love for everyone across the globe to try our products, but shipping internationally is currently very slow and unreliable.

Being a food product, we want to ensure we get to you in tip top condition, so we currently only ship to customers located in Australia.

During periods of warm weather we will send your chocolate with an ice pack to help keep it protected during transit in most conditions, however, we are unable to guarantee how it will arrive.

Our Natural Wellbeing Bars are vegan friendly. Our Restful Cherry Chocolate Bars contain dairy.

Our Natural Wellbeing Bars are also nut free and dairy free.

Our Natural Wellbeing Bars are 100% natural meaning we do not add any sugar to them.

They do contain natural sugar (from the fruit we use) however as we don't use dates in our products, our natural sugars are generally much lower than other fruit based snacks.

Our Restful Cherry Chocolate Bars do contain 5.6g of sugar in each bar. This comes from the cherries we use, and also the chocolate we coat the bars in.

Our Natural Wellbeing Bars are nut free and lunchbox friendly, however they are made on equipment that manufactures products containing: peanuts, treenuts, sesame, milk, sulphites, lupin.

Our Restful Cherry Chocolate Bars do contain almonds, which are naturally high in Magnesium - shown to aid better sleep.

Inspired by scientific research, our bars are made with a unique blend of ingredients, designed for mental wellbeing.

Our Natural Wellbeing Bars include natural sources of:

- Tyrosine: a natural amino acid that helps produce dopamine. It’s been shown to impact mood and motivation.
- Tryptophan: a natural amino acid that helps produce serotonin. It’s been shown to stabilise mood, emotions and regulate sleep.
- Omega 3-DHA: shown to help boost brain function and improve learning outcomes for kids.
- Prebiotic fibre: shown to aid brain health and nourish good gut bacteria.

And our Restful Cherry Chocolate Bars contain natural sources of...

- Melatonin: a hormone produced in the brain to help control sleep.
- Magnesium: shown to aid better sleep.
- Tryptophan: which can help to regulate sleep cycles and stimulate the creation of Melatonin.

We are dedicated to sourcing only the best ingredients for our products, and where possible we choose locally sourced ingredients over cheaper alternatives from overseas. Currently 50% of the ingredients used in our Natural Wellbeing Bars are from Australia & New Zealand.

We use the highest quality ingredients that we can find, and while everything in our bars is pesticide, herbicide and GMO-free, due to regulations in some of the countries we source ingredients from, they cannot always be certified organic.

We are available in selected Woolworths stores nationally, on Healthy Life, Amazon and in independent grocery stores (such as IGA and Foodland) right across the country.

Our Restful Cherry Chocolate Bars can also be consumed by people aged 2 years and over, as the melatonin and magnesium they contain is derived from natural food ingredients such as cherries and almonds.
