Each bar is made with a unique blend of fruits, seeds and beans, plus Omega 3-DHA, prebiotic fibre, and naturally occurring amino acids Tryptophan and Tyrosine.

• Tryptophan is a natural amino acid that helps produce Serotonin. Serotonin is a hormone that has been shown to stabilise mood, emotions and regulate sleep.
• Tyrosine is a natural amino acid that helps produce Dopamine. Dopamine is a hormone that has been shown to impact mood and motivation.
• Chicory Inulin (Prebiotic Fibre) has been shown to promote the growth of good gut bacteria which can help benefit the gut-brain axis.
